Vh1 features Belize "Flavor of Love" reality TV show

Belize once again found itself in the international spotlight during a recent episode of VH1's television show “Flavor of Love”. Placencia and the Belize hotels featured will never again be the same. The reality TV show focuses on Flavor Flav of the rap music group and his quest to find love. The former front man is best known for his laser sharp rap lyrics, zany antics and odd ball appearance which often include Viking helmets and clocks worn on necklaces. The show's visit to Belize was a culmination of the process for Flavor Flav to pick a suitable love interest. After eliminating several hopeful women, Flavor Flav and the 2 final contestants for his affection journeyed to Placencia, Belize for a 3 day tropical getaway in Southern Belize.

During their stay at a gorgeous Belize hotel & resort, Flavor Flav spent 24 hours alone with each girl in order to decide which he preferred. From snorkeling in the clear, Caribbean waters to private massages on the beach the former rap star impressed the 2 women with his charm and unique personality. While it is unclear if any of the 3 reality TV personalities featured on the show found true love, they all thoroughly enjoyed their time in Belize. Placencia was highlighted for its natural beauty, top notch Belize hotels and world class beaches.
